Came out of the WMO FTP flatfile.
We (as in everyone helping project) are doing very well, was not possible 12 month ago.
In the past I have spent days finding sites.
Not concerned about minor sites anyway.
Finally got it. That was a tough one.

Well done although you are getting the fun part. I suspected it was new, we are using a brand new list.
Could be this is a replacement site for somewhere else. This might include the army pulling out so civilian site locations have to be found.
Sigh, must find a really hard one.
