    Without getting into the high politics, Lisbon had its successes too. It was a pleasure for me to meet people such as Steve Mosher, James Risbey and Nick Stokes in the flesh, and discuss our approaches and views on the issues. Face to face meetings such as those facilitated by the Lisbon organisers, although they require effort money and time to put together, have a value beyond the formal aspect, which can’t be achieved through the written word on the net, or even through a video conference.
