Estimate Class 3, 10 metre radius is almost clear.

UHI, local, close to large carpark at airport, not particularly urban further away.

No need to measure 1 or 2, obvious fails, easy Class 3.

This will be a relocated airport station so it is surprisingly poor but it is not marked as climatic.
