Commentary
Given I am using the 2010 WMO guidelines and the Met Office sat on the WMO body, knew what was coming, I am surprised at this site. Even if planned a little way ahead this still raises questions, and about prior standards.
Perhaps they take roads, tracks, walls and fences as natural and normal.
I accept there is a problem over vehicle access in soft ground; not difficult to at least try and make this trivial.
