Estimated Class 3, fails Class 1 on ground cover, bank of trees and on road. Fails Class 2 on recent land change see 2009 image. Need to discover what has happened. [update, added image pair]

Notice the pattern of land drains in a wet area.

Is a known cold site, part altitude, part distance from sea.
