What’s this? Paws in global warming?
Merry Christmas.
“Paws in Global warming” lol Happy Christmas 🙂
“Paws in Global Warming”!
Good one! Along with WUWT sending Mann a calendar (and having Mann freak out), I see something with the skeptical camp not in that of the warmist: a sense of humour, having fun, not taking oneself to seriously!
Over the years I’ve come to recognize some signs of the desperate liar, even if it is a liar-to-themselves: no ability to make fun of themselves, to do or say anything silly.
When a man or woman is covering up, a challenge is met with anger, because a position of power or self-worth is under attack. When a man or woman is genuinely holding a position different from someone bringing up a challenge, the challenge is met with confusion or disappointment or, after a while, irritation. Because the challenge doesn’t make sense, it doesn’t attack either a sense of being right or self-worth: the truth is what it is.
Humour undermines the self-important but fragile ego.
Have a good Christmas. In a few hours I’m off to Hawaii, plan to go to the Mauna Loa observatory, take a helicopter flight, but not to the top with the helicopter: it’s at 14,300′ ASL!
Cheers,
Doug
Good to see you have one beagle left that does not sleep (BBC), nor sell you for 30 pieces of silver (wind turbine tender), and which still barks at Brussels! (: Cheers and Merry Christmas from your cuzins in the US.
Well done you guys at Talkshop. I have learned a lot by visiting here over the year. Have a happy and blessed holiday season, take care and wishing yu all a productive and exciting new year.
I think Vaclav Klaus is my favourite politician!
Ah, yes, and now Mr. Mann has a calendar upon which to count his days.
Have a very Merry Christmas everyone!
And a Feliz Navidad to all from Mexico!
Merry Christmas All from the sunny south of the US of A where I am freezing my unmentionables OFF! (It was 19 F or -7C this morning!)
I too think Vaclav Klaus is my favorite politician. I will may you a great trade. Obama, Kerry, Bidden and Pelosi how can you go wrong?
Winter solstice
Happy Christmas Roger and everyone.
A prayer for the New Mayan era;
