Talkshop contributor and planetary forecaster Richard Holle alerts us to the newly posted 50:1 Project video, which is now online at youtube. The full length interviews are at the 50:1 Project website too. Richard says:

http://topher.com.au/50-to-1-video-project/ Best $500 I have spent in the war for truth. it is now up on line since last night US time.

The idea of the project was to show that even if you were to accept all the IPCC’s facts and figures, and the worst case scenario forecasts, spending 80% of the worlds GDP on mitigating CO2 emission is a bad plan for all of us, whatever your views about climate. I kicked in a couple of hundred AUD to help make this happen too. It looks like Christopher Monckton stepped up big time as well.

If the IPCC has facts they are only about the past. For the future they only have their ideas, which are not coming to fruition much these days.

Tallbloke see an interesting situation. In the South Atlantic have a great higher, while the area is tightly covered with low-level clouds.
Surface heats up very poorly. The cloud ceiling average.
