So, while Richard Betts of the U.K. Met Office, aka a “jewel in the crown” of U.K. and global science, continues to generate diversionary and dismissive fog, other prophets of doom from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), led by the math-challenged modeller and message manipulator in chief, Thomas Stocker, current Co-Chair of the IPCC’s Working Group I (WG1) have been holding forth on the IPCC’s “three main messages” for its “primary customer“, the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) at the annual conference of the American Geophysical Union (AGU).

As Civil Servants, Richard Betts and his boss Senna the Soothsayer need to be reminded of provisions of the Constitutional Reform and Governance Act 2010
The legislation placed the Civil Service values on a statutory footing and includes the publication of a Civil Service Code.
Integrity – putting the obligations of public service above personal interests
Honesty – being truthful and open
Objectivity – basing advice and decisions on rigorous analysis of the evidence
Impartiality – acting solely according to the merits of the case and serving governments of different political parties equally well
“New knowledge.” would that be a way of re-branding fraud, rather like ‘global warming’ was re-branded to ‘climate change’ ?

Reading that screen capture above I just couldn’t help but think of what Feynman would have thought (or close) of IPCC’s brag statements on the left panel…
It doesn’t matter how many years you put into hard work, it doesn’t matter how many publications you have assessed, it doesn’t matter how many gigabytes you have analyzed or how many review comments you have responded, if the predictions from the theory do not match what is observed in nature, it is wrong. That is all there is to it.
Well, after seventeen long years it does not come even close to match, and that is that, a bad theory that is wrong.

Should be monitored for temperature in the stratosphere. Jump in the last year has led to a strong lock all over the stratosphere and elongation winters.
