Nice Freudian slip from Suzanne Goldenberg, or Grauniad typo? You decide.

A single paragraph is all they’d need if they were to acknowledge their defeat.

To catch up to the missing heat, they’d need FTL spacecraft.

Previous paragraph: ‘working on a deal to fight climate change’ gives it away.

But I like the idea – the absurdity of it is always good for a laugh. Shame about the wasted billions and destructive policies though.

Speaking of Graun typos, here’s a beauty in a piece about the knockabout on #BBCqt last night between Farage and Brand. “Damn that Apple spellchecker”.

The Radio Times has the most even handed summary: http://www.radiotimes.com/news/2014-12-12/farage-vs-brand-a-blow-by-blow-account

    My comment:

A fair reckoning on Brand vs Farage, but both Labour and Tory blandees were the real losers. Farage defended the NHS better than Labour’s Creagh, and talented students better than Tory’s Morduant. The pair of them had no riposte to Brand (or the audience) about LibLabCon’s botched banking.

As for the blue haired ex-SWP Bunny ‘boiler’ LaRoche, Farage skewered her (and Brand) by referring to her as one of Brand’s potential voters.

Farage: “Russell, you’ve got some voters here mate. You ought to stand. They’re lovely people aren’t they?”

We know the missing heat is not in the oceans……Have they checked the convection loops? : )

Greenpeace have seriously screwed up. The Peruvian Government is deeply pissed off and trying to prevent the GP tem leaving the country. Criminal charges are on the cards.

There is one thing you can be absolutely sure they’ll agree on – at which five-star resort to hold the next meeting where they won’t agree on anything but which five-star resort to hold the next meeting where they won’t agree on anything but which five-star resort to hold the next meeting where they won’t agree on anything but which five-star resort to hold the next meeting where they won’t agree on anything… [ad infinitum].

Nice work if you can get it.
