Yes, saw Tony’s new video last night on youtube, it hits the nail on the head as usual. It is very disappointing to see such a long list of academics and people who should know better, calling for censorship. But this behaviour just confirms that climate orthodoxy is more about politics than science.

How many of these people would be looking for new jobs without the man-made climate scare they are trying to defend by stifling its critics?

Lysenko would be proud of them!

By crossing medians, a sharp pair of i(Φ+φ)² parents split just in time to prepare the Black Circle of 1915.

Comedians — a cooperating pair of the stablest polarizing medians — sharply softened a hardening rushin’ power trump by transparently hittin’ the links.

We (1921) didn’t save the red []ape tee.
We rather transparently shaved the red tape tee-off.

Lofted over the North Atlantic golf by a striking club,
“Our little group has always been and always will until the end.” — Nirvana

    A sharpening orangOTAN stably scales.
Nevermind red wedge holes in 1, you’re on the N8O Greens Putin.

We rush ya to transparent Xi.
Scalable dynamic stability accomodates growth, reorientation, and change in general.

Crossed medians’ polar eyes stay blessed:
    [1/(Φ+φ)]² + [2/(φ+Φ)]² = 1/5 + 4/5 = 20% + 80% = 1

Excuse my ignorance (or maybe lack of observation?), but where does this list come from? I notice that three names are associated with Norwich. “Dr” Rupert Read is well known round here for his Green views, and Dr Ian Gibson was formerly MP for Norwich North. Interestingly, Clive Gibson is now the present incumbent of the adjacent seat.

    From their Wiki’s:

“Rupert Read is an academic and a Green Party politician in England. He is Chair of the Green House thinktank, a former Green Party spokesperson for transport, former East of England party co-ordinator and currently a Reader in Philosophy at the University of East Anglia. Read commented regularly through the Eastern Daily Press ‘One World Column’ for five years. In his regular appearances in the local and national press, he speaks on sustainable transport, green economics and social justice”

“Ian Gibson is a British Labour Party politician who was Member of Parliament (MP) for Norwich North from 1997 to 2009. He resigned from the House of Commons on 5 June 2009 after he was barred by the Labour Party from standing as their candidate for the seat in the 2010 general election, following his behaviour during the parliamentary expenses scandal.”

“Clive Anthony Lewis is a British Labour politician who has been the member of parliament (MP) for Norwich South since winning the seat at the 2015 general election. He studied at the University of Bradford before being elected to various student union roles and then serving as vice-president of the National Union of Students. Lewis then worked as a TV reporter for BBC News, becoming BBC Look East’s chief political correspondent. Describing himself as a “proud socialist”, he was one of 36 MPs to nominate Jeremy Corbyn, and has remained a strong supporter. On 18 September 2015, Lewis was appointed to the Labour frontbench as a shadow minister in the Energy and Climate Change team.”

Predictably, and just minutes after posting, I have found the list comes from the Grauniad…

“Now, records show, others such as New York’s AG sought private funding specifically to pursue climate investigations. This mercenary use of state law enforcement power should be the subject of prompt legislative oversight.”

  9. oldbrew says:

Trump reshaped U.S. climate policy in one month: August 2018

First came the rollback of clean car rules, an aggressive effort to unravel former President Obama’s program to reduce tailpipe pollution. Then came the Clean Power Plan replacement, another muscular move that dismantles Obama’s signature initiative for curbing emissions from the power sector.

And the windbags don’t like it, even though:
Trump may have labeled climate change a “hoax” and initiated the process for pulling America out of the Paris climate accord, but U.S. carbon emissions fell by 25 million tons, or 0.5 percent, last year (Climatewire, March 23).
