Get ready for a Chinese-style social credit system scoring when it comes to your personal spending habits and how they impact “climate change”, says Marc Morano at Climate Depot.

A new credit card called Doconomy, has launched that is “working in tight collaboration with Mastercard” and an alliance with the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) is now available so you can monitor your personal CO2 budget on every purchase you make.

The new CO2 monitoring Mastercard called Doconomy debuted in order to enable “all users to track, measure and understand their impact by presenting their carbon footprint on every purchase.”

The credit cards feature the slogan on them reading “DO. Everyday Climate Action” and have a personal pledge on the rear of the card boasting: “I am taking responsibility for every transaction I make to help protect the planet.”

The Mastercards feature the UN “Global Climate Action” logo on them as well.

  1. When John Kerry signs up and gets pinged every time he jumps on a private jet, please do let me know. Energy companies having issues with petty cash? I do not think so.

Want to buy groceries? Gasoline to get to work? NO CREDIT FOR YOU!

While the concept is interesting, unfortunately, it would seem to be ignoring the larger picture, and the biggest polluters.

We all know who will have unlimited “carbon footprint” credit and who will have next to zero. Where do you place in the social credit system pyramid? It “happens” to have a very steep slope.

Through the tears of Laughter, thought it said DOOMED Economy! I’m going to enjoy this one two, lke or use of Not so “Smart phones” Shared by us all, for All sorts of purchases: local in person(s), via Landline purchases, web purchases from abroad, etc.
Now, will I get Double, or even TREBLE points REFUNDED for RETURNING FAULTY Goods ( “to china”). and how do they know the difference between Goods and Services? So what’s the Carbon footprint of a Load of SH wyte?

  4. oldbrew says:

CO2 isn’t the problem, it’s the promoters of nonsense like this that are the problem.

There’s apparently no stopping the Big Stupid about the Satanic Gases.

I have come to the conclusion that a perfect storm of Marxists has come together across the world with the objective of turning our countries into USSR style dystopian crapholes where they are the rulers and we the mere serfs. It seems every week the pols come up with another way to tightly control where we go, what we do, and what we are allowed to say.

The virus was an opportunity to see what we’d stand for. Now that it is waning, they are moving back to their CAGW theme. Expect odd/even driving days, annual jumps in higher and higher gasoline tax, the new mileage tax added on, a CO2 tax based on your vehicle’s fuel economy, etc. This CO2 credit card will become mandatory and they will control your cutoff value. Etc., etc.

The world needs more CO2. World is greening nicely with increased CO2. Without greenhouse gases the planet would be a ball of ice.

  8. Saighdear says:

Hmmm, had a big think about this today: up in the hills at work: plenty windmills NOT working, Solar been giving 2 -3 times MORE power than the wind. Still think buying MORE WIndmills is a good idea?
Well, what benefit fo you get from using Mastercard for purchases? REFUND = ‘cos item not as promised, etc. OK good idea, Open for orders, please.

Reblogged this on Muunyayo and commented:
Mastercard is one of the many powerful Supranational corporations that are on board with the Great Reset, the trade name, if you will, of the partnership between the World Economic Forum and the United Nations to carry out Agenda 2030.

what they’re telling me today, Saturday: UK to import CO2 ! in the morning bulletins – needed for refreshments, and PLANT (food) fertiliser, By Lunchtime changed to Stunning Animals for slaughter and something else. that’s what’s on the BBC? changing the angle as they good. Meantime ££££££££££s spent researching how to get RID OF CO2 underground, etc… the Hypocrisy once again
Seems part of the report mentioned that Solar and Wind produced power was DOWN -Why? no mention about lack of wind
