If the climate changes, people have to adapt. Pretending there’s a way to turn the clock back to some imagined better conditions isn’t going to work.

In a speech Wednesday in Massachusetts, President Joe Biden announced that he would use yet more executive action in a bid to push his radical climate agenda, despite recent checks on unilateral presidential action by Congress and the Supreme Court.
The administration is aiming to overhaul the energy sector and the American economy to achieve the costly and unrealistic objectives of halving greenhouse gas emissions by 2030 and reaching economy-wide net-zero emissions by 2050.

Such irony that Constitutional government is now considered an obstacle to the POTUS, who receives his appointment through that process. It is the Constitution that wrongfully took the power of regulation from the People and reserved it unto “representatives”, in the name of “security, tranquility, common defense and welfare, and of all things, blessings of Liberty!
The ultimate destiny of all governments is madness with its attendant self-destruction. It begins with the pillaging of people’s earnings.
Could someone please explain to us all , either HOW or when the Climate changes …. Is it on a day by day basis or what ? If it is Month on month, we call that seasonal change, daily change: it is just the weather. Listening to the rural folk talk : nothing has changed over the decades – we still have the Wet / damp spells at end of July before the harvest gets going: great for the Craws to trample the still green and soft grain crops. Great time for the Bairns to be out climbing the wild fruit trees whilst waiting to do their scarecrow acts, etc whilst getting the dark cherry juice washed off their faces and hands from the free delicuous feasts of fruit. SOme summers it is simply too hot and dry – and one does other things . …. cyclical and that’s all. so what’s it all about? Some outdoor festivals have “Woken” to change their weekends to have dry weather, only to find that the weather has changed too – and it can still be wet and mucky.
Changes in climate are only visible in averages. That has to be true since climate is simply averages anyway as natural variation is so large. But that raises the question of what to measure and over what period? And since natural variation is so large, averages are not terribly useful.
And of course most of nature couldn’t care less about averages, particularly long term averages. So we get hysterical about what in truth are mathematical fictions compared with other arbitrary mathematical fictions.
I am convinced that Obummer and the WEF folks have convinced dementia Joetatoe that if he completely stops “fossil fuel” usage he’ll become a world hero. Of course he can only do that with the US while others like China and India and Russia go about their merry CO2 way.
I think a nice cold winter with blackouts, frozen water pipes, etc. should certainly convince a lot of the fence-sitters to shake off this lunacy. There is still a large contingent of those terrified to acknowledge reality in fear someone might not like them for saying so.
I can only hope Lady Karma puts in an appearance before we are past the point of no return and wind up like Mad Max.
Hmmm, I look at this every day – like watching paint drying ( dried ) wotta saddo! : Atlantic 2-Day Graphical Tropical Weather Outlook https://www.nhc.noaa.gov/gtwo.php?basin=atlc&fdays=2 and never seen it so QUIET for so long, especially after the first forecasts were enthusuiastically showing Many storms ( Counting Cheggs and hickens ) and at home the Fox has gone off with the heat: 12C northerly breeze – thought it was warm / HOT ‘way up north’ – what makes the air so cold then ? can’t be ice – ’tis all gone, they say.
The “greenhouse-gas” lunacy could destroy our civilisation! The irrational war against fossil fuels is principally based on 2 factors:
1. A physically false theory of climate change (the “Greenhouse” concept) from the 19th Century, which was mostly forgotten until the early 1980s, when Margaret Thatcher (Prime Minister of UK) tried to build a political case against the strike of UK’s miners by showing that coal burning was “bad” while pushing for nuclear energy instead. She gave funding to some scientists, who promised to come up with a “proof” that CO2 released from coal burning was going to cause a dangerous “global warming”. These scientists resurrected the “greenhouse” theory, which has been absent from mainstream climate research for over 4 decades, and started building climate computer models based on it.
2. Doctored climate records produced by leading climate research Institutions such as the Climate Research Unit (CRU) at the University of East Anglia. The manipulation of climate data began in the early 1980s in an effort to make global records of mean surface temperature and sea level match the trajectory of change of atmospheric CO2 as required by the unphysical “Greenhouse” theory.
