The continent has seen temperatures rise at a rate more than double that of the rest of the world over the past thirty years, reports DW.com.
At the same time, European countries had significantly reduced greenhouse gas emissions.

In the EU, greenhouse gas emissions had decreased 31% between 1990 and 2020.

Proof then that reducing greenhouse gas emissions RAISES temperature.
GOTCHA!
So somewhere is rising at half the global rate. Where? I’m betting Antarctica which ought to be rising rapidly.
The headline does nothing for the theory that global temperatures are dependent on levels of radiative gases, and neither does what follows it.
