Carbon dioxide is a tiny 0.04% of the atmosphere. When was the last time any of these tedious climate alarmists mentioned that?

Bill Gates donates hundreds of millions of dollars to social, health, environmental and corporate media causes. He’s not used to being asked tough questions.

BBC journalist Amol Rajan recently braved going off the mainstream media script, asking the Microsoft co-founder how he responds to charges that he’s a hypocrite for claiming to be “a climate change campaigner” while traveling the world on his private jets, even to confabs where global elites tell poor and middle-class families to live simpler lives and stop using fossil fuels.

One of his jets is a $40 million Bombardier BD-700.

Mr. Gates also spends his riches (estimated 2022 post-divorce net worth: $107 billion) telling people what they should eat, what cars they should drive, what their children should learn in school, and more.

Clearly annoyed and caught flat-footed, Mr. Gates defended his use of fuel-guzzling, carbon-spewing aircraft by claiming he purchases…

Bill Gates knows nothing about either climate or nutrition. Having $Billions does not make you an expert in everything under the Sun. Gates’ expertise is in creating monopolies & making money, not in science!

Ned, you are absolutely right, but the question is why does the media listen to him and give him a platform to spout nonsense about subjects he knows very little about?

How Bill Gates Bankrolls The Guardian that Claims Not Backed by Billionaires
    NOVEMBER 21, 2021

according to US outlet MintPress News, a thorough sift through donations from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation shows The Guardian has received a cool $12,951,391 in support. In fact, Gates and his now ex-wife have sprayed hundreds of millions of dollars across the media landscape to support the kind of journalism they approve of.

    And from ,
funding for the wildly inaccurate computer models that the Government based their draconian measures on:

“The main institutions developing “pandemic models” were Johns Hopkins and Imperial College. Johns Hopkins was a major pandemic preparedness player that sponsored the above-mentioned Event 201 and received $1,048,972,282 from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Imperial College, based in the UK, received $318,891,807 from Bill Gates.

The excessive death predictions produced by modelers were a part of the plan of those who sponsored them. The models helped to keep lockdowns and human misery in place until rushed “vaccines” were ready to be administered.”

I think the info posted by oldbrew and catweazle666 answers your question.

Bill Gates has a very simple & effective strategy based on a universal human weakness, i.e. the inability to resist money! He does not fight, he just buys his way through. His portrayal by the media as a “nice guy” and a “selfless philanthropist” is a result of him paying $100s of millions to the mainstream media. He also uses money to control the WHO… Gates would not have been successful, if it was not for the corrupt nature of Homo Sapiens , and he knows it! 🙂

Bill Gates: Vegetarians Won’t Save The Planet
    Mar 08, 2023

Multiple studies have called on the world’s population to eat less meat in order to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, but Gates says the issue is far more urgent than that.

“Will all Indians become vegetarians? Will all Americans become vegetarians? I wouldn’t want to count on it”.
    . . .
In the meantime, Gates warns that we are getting stuck in a loop, where climate change itself is accelerating our use of greenhouse gas-emitting air conditioning, as temperatures rise.
